Pool
Our junior Olympic-sized swimming pool has plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella covered tables. It is conveniently located next to the professional outdoor barbeque area and large playground. Lifeguards are always on duty during pool hours.
Swim Team
Chimney Lakes has an active swim team, the Lakers, which is open to residents of Chimney Lakes ages 5+.
Tennis
Tennis is BIG in Atlanta and CL has four great courts with a nice spectator’s area. We also have very active ALTA teams for our residents. Outside ALTA players are required to pay a small fee to participate the CL teams.
Pickleball
Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. It is played with a solid racquet, a special plastic ball, and on a court slightly smaller than tennis. We have 2 Pickleball courts available to be booked to play.
Playgrounds
The large playground with multiple slides, swings and other activity areas is located within steps of the pool and barbeque area. A smaller playground for little ones is located next to our beautiful lower lake.
Hiking Trails
We have 1.5 miles of well-maintained winding hiking trails that give beautiful views of our wooded common areas, creeks, and lower lake.
Event Pavilion
Our large 18 x 24 foot pavilion is equipped with stage lighting and fans. Residents can utilize this space free of charge simply by using the booking system.
